Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: May 15, 2026 Last Updated: May 5, 2026

Olilo Inc. (“OLILO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making www.olilosweet.com (the “Site”) accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to learn about, enjoy, and engage with our products — and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time project.

1. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Conformance is an ongoing effort. We are continuously working to identify and remediate accessibility issues across the Site.

2. Measures We Take

To support accessibility, OLILO:

  • Designs and builds the Site with accessibility in mind from the start
  • Uses semantic HTML and descriptive alt text for images
  • Tests new features against keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility
  • Reviews the Site periodically using automated and manual accessibility testing tools
  • Provides clear, plain-language copy and high-contrast color combinations
  • Trains internal team members on accessibility best practices

3. Compatibility

The Site is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browsers:

  • Screen readers: VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), TalkBack (Android)
  • Browsers: the two most recent major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge
  • Operating systems: the two most recent versions of macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android

The Site may not display or function as intended on outdated browsers or assistive technologies that no longer receive updates from their developers.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Third-party embeds — newsletter signup forms (Klaviyo, MailPoet) and social media widgets are provided by third parties and may not always meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We work with our vendors to encourage improvements.
  • Older blog (OLILOG) content — earlier posts may contain images without complete alt text. We are remediating these as we identify them.
  • PDF documents — some downloadable PDFs may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. Please contact us if you need an accessible version of any document.

We welcome reports of additional issues so we can address them.

5. Feedback and Requests

If you experience an accessibility barrier on the Site, or if you need information from the Site provided in an alternate format, please let us know. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

6. Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is a long-term commitment. We periodically review the Site, update this Statement as our practices evolve, and incorporate user feedback into our roadmap. We encourage you to check this page from time to time to see updates.
